The accreditation service: from registration to the door, all connected
Acreditados.es is our full accreditation service. Your attendees come in through a list, a web form or your own system, and from there we send them their badge, print it at the desk and check who goes into each area. Meanwhile, you can follow it all live.
One record per person, from sign-up to the door
Each attendee exists only once in the service, however they come in. That’s why everything is linked: the email, the printing, the desk and the doors all know who they’re dealing with. Tap each piece to see what it does.
Three ways to register your attendees
Uploading lists
You upload a spreadsheet with your attendees, or send it to us and we load it. If the list keeps changing right up to the last day, it gets updated.
Web registration form
We set up your event’s form with whatever fields you need. Anyone who signs up is registered and can get their badge straight away.
From another system, via API
If your attendees are in another system (your health and safety platform, your registration platform or anything else that issues accreditations), we receive them via API, with no copying data by hand.
You can combine all three at the same event. For example, suppliers’ staff come in from the health and safety platform, guests from a list and the public sign up through the form.
Once they’re in, we do four things
We send them their badge
Each person gets theirs by email as a PDF with their code, to print at home or show on their phone when they arrive. You can see which emails were delivered, which were opened and which bounced.
We print it at the desk
With the Print Service built in, the label prints with that person’s details and, if needed, their code for access control. A label of about 57 × 51 mm doesn’t hold much, so we decide together what goes on it.
We find them in seconds
If someone arrives with the badge we sent them, we scan their code or look them up by name, and their label prints there and then. If someone turns up who wasn’t on the list, they’re registered at the desk.
We control access by area
Linked to Exyt Events+, our access control system, we check every badge at the doors and in each area of the venue: backstage, press, VIP and so on. Both the printed label and the PDF on a phone work.
Everything that happens, live
From the first registration to the last entry, one dashboard shows you:
- Who is registering through the form.
- How the emails are doing: delivered, opened and the ones that bounce.
- Who has been through the desk and picked up their badge.
- Who goes into each area, with the printed label or the PDF we sent them.
When it’s over, we give you the event report.

Each group with its own permissions
Staff, press, suppliers, artists, guests: each group has its own badge and areas, and the person in charge of each area approves or rejects their team’s accreditations.
Health and safety
If outside companies are working at the event, we connect with the health and safety platform so that only people with their paperwork in order get accredited.

If lots of people arrive at once, another point with its own printer and scanner shares out the queue. It runs on the same service and the same template.
Custom template
The label is about 57 × 51 mm and doesn’t hold much. If you need something besides name, surname and company, such as the pass type or a code for the door, we adapt it.
4G router
For venues without a network connection. The print server connects to it and you’re ready.
Supplies
Wristbands, lanyards, badge holders and cards, as part of an accreditation pack.

Questions about the accreditation service
How do I load my attendees?
There are three ways, and you can combine them: uploading a list, through a registration form we set up for your event, or receiving them via API from another system.
Can you take the data from our health and safety (PRL) platform?
Yes. We connect via API with the health and safety service or any other system that issues accreditations, so that only people with their paperwork in order get accredited.
What does each attendee receive?
Their badge as a PDF by email, with their code, to print at home or show on their phone. If they come to the desk, we find them and print their label.
Can you control who goes into each area?
Yes, with Exyt Events+, our access control system. Each badge only opens the areas it’s meant to, and it’s checked with scanners at every door.
What reports can I see?
Live: who is registering, how the emails are doing (delivered, opened and the ones that bounce), who has been through the desk and who goes into each area.
Do you keep attendees’ data?
With the Print Service, no. What you type is printed and not stored. With the accreditation service, yes, because it keeps a record of your attendees so we can look them up on the day. We keep that data for up to 4 years and, if the organiser asks, we delete it as soon as the event is over.
