Print Service: just the printing
If you don’t need registration or access control and just want to print badges at the desk, we send you the label printer ready to use. You type in the name of whoever arrives and their badge comes out right away.
It grew out of our accreditation service, as a way to print badges for last-minute arrivals, and it works well for conferences, product launches, general meetings or the desk on a trade fair stand. The Print Service doesn’t keep any data. What you type gets printed and isn’t stored anywhere.
The 4G router and custom templates are extra.

We’re Exyt Control
We handle accreditation at graduations, festivals, conferences and matches all over Spain: registration, sending badges, registration desks and access control. Acreditados.es is the tool we do it with, and it’s the same one we bring to your event.
The Print Service came out of that work. At almost every event someone turns up at the last minute, and we built it to print their badge on the spot without setting up the whole system.

What is Acreditados.es?
It’s the accreditation tool of Exyt Control SL, a company that runs access control and accreditation at events all over Spain. The Print Service is its most basic version.
How do I load my attendees?
There are three ways, and you can combine them: uploading a list, through a registration form we set up for your event, or receiving them via API from another system.
Can you control who goes into each area?
Yes, with Exyt Events+, our access control system. Each badge only opens the areas it’s meant to, and it’s checked with scanners at every door.
What reports can I see?
Live: who is registering, how the emails are doing (delivered, opened and the ones that bounce), who has been through the desk and who goes into each area.
Do you keep attendees’ data?
With the Print Service, no. What you type is printed and not stored. With the accreditation service, yes, because it keeps a record of your attendees so we can look them up on the day. We keep that data for up to 4 years and, if the organiser asks, we delete it as soon as the event is over.
How much does it cost to print badges at an event?
With the Print Service, from €175 + VAT per event of 1 to 3 days. That includes the printer, print server, scanner, print panel, the template with name, surname and company, and up to 500 labels. Return shipping within mainland Spain is €25.
