How to accredit contractors’ staff with their health and safety paperwork in order
By connecting accreditation to the health and safety (PRL) platform. Only people whose paperwork has been validated get a badge, and at the door we check that the badge they’re wearing is theirs.

When you need it
During build-up and breakdown, at festivals, trade fairs or any venue where suppliers and subcontractors work at the same time. And it’s the organiser who has to make sure nobody gets in without their paperwork in order.
How it works
- Each contractor uploads its staff’s paperwork to the health and safety platform you already use.
- Only the validated people reach us, via API, with their company and role.
- Each of them gets their badge, with the zones and days that apply to them.
- At the door, their code is checked with Exyt Events+, our access control system.
- You see live who has come in from each company, and you get the report at the end.
If someone’s paperwork expires or is rejected, their badge is cancelled automatically and stops opening the doors.
Frequently asked questions
Which health and safety platforms do you connect to?
The one you use, as long as it can send the data via API. We’ll go through it with your team before the event.
What if a worker turns up who isn’t on the list?
It’s checked on the spot at the desk. If they’re not validated, they don’t get a badge until their company sorts it out.
Can it be combined with guests and the public?
Yes. Workers come from the health and safety platform, guests from a list and the public through the form, all in the same service.
What data do you keep?
Only what’s needed for accreditation, for a maximum of 4 years. If the organiser asks, we delete it when the event ends.
Shall we connect it to your health and safety platform?
Tell us which platform you use and how many companies are working at the event.
