Print Service: print badges at your event without setting up a whole system
The Print Service is the basic Acreditados.es pack: a Zebra label printer, a print server and a panel for printing badges with whatever details you type in. It costs from €175 + VAT per event of 1 to 3 days, with up to 500 labels.

Your label, the way you need it
The standard template is included: name, surname and company, printed large so they can be read from a distance.
The label is about 57 × 51 mm, so there isn’t room for much and it’s worth choosing carefully. If you need something else on it, such as the pass type (speaker, press, organiser) or a code to scan at the door, we can adapt it at extra cost. Bear in mind that the printer prints in black.
How it goes, from the box to the last label
Before
We send you the box with your event’s template already loaded, so it arrives before the day.
Setting up
You plug in the printer and the server, connect the network cable and open the panel. Print a test label.
During
Someone arrives, you type their name, surname and company, and their badge comes out. If a queue builds up, a second printing point helps.
Afterwards
You pack everything back in the box and send it back to us.
How many printing points do you need?
Tell us how many people arrive at once at the busiest moment and we’ll work it out. Order 10 days ahead if you can. A week is usually enough if we have kits free.
This is an estimate. From the moment someone reaches the desk to having their label takes about 30 seconds. If you’re also attaching a lanyard and badge holder, allow a little longer.
What it costs
Extras, if you need them: the 4G router, custom templates, more printing points and a technician at the desk.
We don’t keep anything
With the Print Service, what you type goes to the printer and isn’t stored anywhere. If you need to look attendees up in a list or know who has arrived, that’s the accreditation service, which does keep the event records.

How much does it cost to print badges at an event?

What do I need on site?
A power socket, a wired network connection for the print server and a laptop or tablet with a browser (the panel doesn’t work on a mobile phone). If there’s no network connection, we can send you a 4G router as well.
Does it work without internet?
No. The print server receives the jobs over the internet, which is why it needs a network cable or our 4G router.

How many printers do I need?
It depends on how many people arrive at once. It takes about 30 seconds from someone reaching the desk to having their label, so each point can handle about two people a minute. If you expect 120 people in half an hour, two points will do. If you’re also attaching lanyards and badge holders at the desk, allow a little longer.
How far in advance should I order?
A week is usually enough if we have kits free, but we recommend ordering 10 days ahead.
Do you cover the whole of Spain?
Yes. Return shipping within mainland Spain costs €25. For the Balearic and Canary Islands, we’ll include it in your quote.
